Evidence-First Research Platform Government Transparency · Document Preservation
About DocketZero

The public record shouldn't disappear

DocketZero is an independent research platform built to aggregate, organize, and preserve records that matter to the public. When institutions publish records and then quietly take them back, the evidence disappears. We exist to make sure that doesn't happen.

Every document traces back to its original source. Every deletion and alteration is logged. The audit trail is the product.

What we do

Capture government releases the moment they publish, preserve originals and OCR text, and serve a verified copy if the source is altered or removed. We publish hashes, manifests, and provenance for every file.

  • Independent preservation archive
  • Search across documents, people, timelines, and locations
  • Audit trail for deletions and alterations

How access works

General users browse and search for free. Logged-in tiers add saved searches and report creation with limits that match the membership plan.

  • General: browse + search preserved records
  • Tier 1: save up to 5 searches, create up to 5 reports
  • Tier 2: save up to 5 searches, create up to 20 reports
  • Tier 3: unlimited searches and reports

Principles

  • Evidence-first: every claim links back to a primary source.
  • Transparency: hashes, manifests, and provenance are public.
  • Safety: users must be 18+ and accept the research disclaimer.

Roadmap

  • Upcoming investigations: COVID-19 origins, JFK/RFK/MLK, UAP disclosure.
  • API access for authenticated research partners.
  • Pricing for tiers (announced soon).
